We value exceptional customer service. That said, due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on our products.
However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, defective product, or wrong item received), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., misspellings, incorrect sizes, or wrong shipping addresses). Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase
