Finding Your Footing on Wacky Wednesday
Share
Life has a funny way of throwing curveballs right in the middle of the week. Just when you think you’ve got a handle on your schedule, things get a little "wacky." Between juggling the day-to-day, managing the curveballs, and trying to keep everything running smoothly, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
When it feels like life is trying to tear you down and the pressure starts mounting, remember where your anchor is.
Keep Your Eyes on the True Anchor
It is so easy to focus on the chaos around us—the endless to-do lists, the unexpected bumps in the road, and the heavy moments that test our patience. But those are precisely the moments to lean in closer to your faith.
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." — Proverbs 3:5-6
When you don’t know how the pieces are going to fit together, He does. When the ground beneath you feels a little shaky, His promises remain steady.
He Will Make a Way
You don't have to figure it all out today. You just have to take the next step and trust that the One who holds tomorrow is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Even when the road looks blocked, He is the God of the impossible. He specializes in opening doors where there seem to be no walls left to break through.
Take a deep breath. Release the weight of what you cannot control, and hand it over to Him. He hasn't brought you this far to leave you, and He will make a way right where you are.
How are you finding moments of peace and quiet strength in the middle of your week?
